Yo, the Japanese Association Singapore aka JAS is having its Open House on the 30th October. Because of this, JCG is asked on helping out in their event. You would be helping out mostly on the food stalls from 10am to 3 or 4pm.

The venue for this talk is at IT Block 8 Level 6 (upstairs of IGS Dept). Please proceed to the first classroom at the right-hand side of the entrance.

Hello All,
For those who are going to Waseda and have handed me the forms already, a big Thank You to you. I know it had been confusing but I hope it had been clarified enough in the prev waseda updates.
For those of you who have yet to give me your forms, I am currently asking the teacher to submit the rest of the forms another day. For all business school student, your forms will be collected by Qi Yuan who is in charge of contacting Business School. I will take the forms from him later.
However on this coming Sunday - the day of our event, we will all be meeting up at Jurong East MRT station at 9:30am. We need to reach the venue on time as our group have a scheduled time. Therefore, please try to be ON TIME. With such a big group, it would be greatly appreciated if everyone cooperates and help one another by being punctual.
To all JCG Members,
This is to inform you of a few things that we’ve come to notice. Please take note of this in future to avoid unnecessary complications and problems.
1. When signing up for events, not giving the requested information like FULL NAME etc.
The problem is if you do not give us the correct details, when we submit forms for SEAL points to the SEAL coordinator, he will see mistakes in the forms when he inputs the data. Then the correct information has to be found again and we may have to call you again. Let’s not give problems to the organizer and the SEAL coordinator.
2. Bringing you JCG Membership Card
This card is given to you for a purpose like your matric card. It is to identify you from others who join some of our activites. Another reminder, please bring your card at all JCG related events (better still, keep it in your wallet). We will be asking to see your JCG card before the event for identification.
3. Queries about Events to Rosemarie and Ben
Please put all your queries to either trowa_07@yahoo.co.uk or jcg_stuff@hotmail.com. Normally for all events, there would be a statement on where to email or contact. Thus, use the given information and please do not call/sms to either Ben or me about events that we are not organizing. If you have any worries about events that either of us are organizing, pls do not worry. We would find a way to contact you or appoint someone to help us contact if there are too many people to contact. This only applies if we could reach ur hp.
If you would prefer a more direct way, you are invited to join our mirc channel - jcg@galaxy.net where both of us are normally there each night, if not the other. If not, please check the mailing list or forum.
Although we love to answer any of your questions and knowing that both of our numbers may have already be well-known to JCG pple, please do not abuse them unnecessarily. Our hp bills are very high, answering to many people.

- Note: Pls remind ur friends who are now interested in joining JCG and to bring $15 for new members and $5 for renewal.
3. Collection of Waseda Forms @Outside ITAS Lt8 from 10am to 4pm
- Those who are going for the Waseda Festival, turns out you have to get your parents to sign a form. I have alrdy appointed some pple to help me contact the following schools and pass the forms to you.

Juan Zee - contacting AS school
Rosemarie aka me - contacting ITAS and DES school
If any any problems in returning the forms on sat, pls make arrangement with the person giving you the form. HOWEVER, pls if possible do not bother them as we are all busy pple.
