Get ready for an exciting time ahead of making new friends while learning more about the Japanese Culture. By participating in our Orientation Camp, on 13th to 14th May 2011, where games galore await you! Sign up for the overnighter and mingle with the new and current members as night falls.
Awake to Orientation Day and its fun and games all the way! Our three sub-committees will also be giving demonstrations in their specialized area, and you can experience it first hand on what do we do in the club.
Event: Orientation Camp for Japanese Cultural Group
Venue: Temasek Polytechnic, LT 15
Date & Time: Friday and Saturday, 13th and 14th May 2011, 7pm
Cost: $5/pax for Members, $7/pax for non-members
Note: This is an overnight camp, please collect a consent form from our registration booth and hand it in together with the registration form.

Lunch will be provided on the second day, please indicate on the registration form if you need special attention for your diet.
You are advised not to bring any valuables and electronics items during the camp. JCG will not be responsible for any missing or lost items.
NOTE: Please come to the Orientation Camp in sporty attire such as Shorts/Bermudas with a normal Tee due to vigorous games being played. Also, please wear a pair of sports shoes, or at least a pair of covered shoes for the event. Thank you!
P.S. Girls are highly encouraged to wear dark-coloured clothes. As there would be water games.

You will be able to find our recruitment booth between Business and IT school during the CCA drive. The timing is as such:
Wednesday and Thursday (27th and 28th April) : 10am to 5pm
Friday (29th April) : 10am to 3pm
There will also be cosplayers parading around the school. Do keep a look out!
After that, join us at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 29th April 2011, Friday to find out more about the Japanese Cultural Group and our activities, which are catered for you! This event is open to everyone and you will not be charged. So come along and feel free to drag a friend with you. We will brief you on the upcoming events, how our club works, and the orientation camp. We will also be introducing the people running the club.
