Natsu Matsuri!

Hi one and all,

as many of you know or may not know, its the time where the annual Natsu Matsuri (Summer Festival for those non-Jap. speaking folks) held at the Japanese Elementary school(the one at changi)

The details are as follows:
Day and time: 23rd Aug. 2003 (Sat.)
Time: 1800 onwards
Place: Japanese school elementary school (the 1 at Changi).

After speaking to our club advisor (Mr. Kubo Sensei) he has informed me that he can get … well ALOT of tickets ( don’t think I should disclose the exact figures)

So, if any of you wish to attent this fabulous event, please submit your:

1) Name 2) Matric. No.
3) Contact no.(hp preferably)

Any interested parties are expected to fork out 10bucks for the tickets, and can only place their tickets preorder through me.

So send the required details to me at viewtiful07@yahoo.com.sg

Deadline for submission: by 5th Aug 2003 (because I have to submit the list to Kubo Sensei on the 6th)

Tickets are based on a 1st come, 1st served basis, and are opened up to ALL JCG members (alumni-members too!)

No comprimise will be allowed.

You are advised to plan and confirm carefully, as to whether you can make it or not, so as not to waste the preorder.

Don’t miss this once a year event, and indulge yourself in the fun and cultural celebration at the festival!

Best wishes to all, and hope to see those applications soon.

Alrite ppl, 1st up, the tickets are limited to 1 set per member(for now). I can check with Kubo Sensei, if he’ll allow each member to purchase more den 1 set of ticket.
And you would require a admission coupon(which comes with the advance ticket) to enter.
I would advice you not to buy the tickets on the day itself, as they do not come with the Meal coupon(Main Course). Not to mention there will be many others who will be queueing on the day itself, so it would take
awhile.
you can however purchase more tickets(on the day itself, which does not come with the meal coupon) if u
really wanna eat THAT much lol

And lastly, PLEASE, as stated in the email, direct ur application to viewtiful07@yahoo.com.sg, not the
mailing list, because
1) I don’t think you should disclose ur particulars to every1 on the board
and 2) It would make collecting applications easier (so I won’t miss your name out, u dun want that to happen do u?)

As for the payment, I will call up every1 for collection once I’ve gotten all the applications.

Collection date would most likely be on the 6th of Aug. (Wed) afternoon, will post once I’ve confirmed everything.

A minor update,

The payment collection will not be on the 6th of Aug. However I still need all the applications in by the
5th of Aug. (midnight), no later.
