there is a new event for promoting cultural exchanges~~ the details as follows.

There will be a briefing and some preparation of activities on 23 September,(Friday morning)

There is a NEW deadline for you guys to submit your particulars to me if you want to join the fun at Waseda Shibuya High School. Please send in your particulars by 5th SEPTEMBER 2005. Sorry for the pushed forward
deadline.

The event will be on 18th Septmember 2005.
Time from around 10 to 4pm.
Place to rock: Waseda Shibuya High School. West Coast Road.

Waseda Shibuya High School Trip

hi peepz,

there will be a trip to the Waseda Shibuya High School on 18 September 2005, Sunday. This will most probably in the morning.

Meeting time will be around 9am. Their festival will be starting at 10am to 4pm.

It is their annual school festival, which involves the participation of the students and there are events like school bands, games in the classrooms and skits performed by them.

For those who wants to go,please send me an email with your name, matric number, contact number and sch/year of study to monkeylovebananas at gmail.com before 10 September 2005.

Main Comm and Subcomm Meeting

hi guys,

there will be a monthly meeting on this coming saturday after the AE
screening..which will be at around 1 pm at the same LT, LT15. all main
comm are encourged to make their way there as this is our first meeting
with the subcomm members.

subcom leaders are also to inform their various members about this
meeting.

also, main comm please come online on thursday, 4th August, at around 9
pm for a pre-meeting.

Hey peepz..The Natsu Matsuri is here again! If there is any of you who wants to join the event, please send me your particulars to monkeylovebananas at gmail.com by 24th July 2005. There should be payment made before 26th July 2005 prior to the distribution of tickets. No payment, no tickets. Also, one member can only get one ticket, if you want to get more tickets for your friends, please get a TP student to help you order through the use of their names and matric no.
